Does your pricing include the booze?
Yep! We work hand-in-hand with you to design the bar for your event, and then we provide everything you’ll need . You just bring the fun!
I already have a fully-stocked bar for my event. Can I hire you just to bartend for a few hours?
Authentic Cocktails is a full-service company. Our bar packages are all-inclusive; we don’t offer any “a la carte” options. We take care of everything to save you the headaches of remembering (or forgetting) the little things!
How long does it take to set up/break down?
Generally, we allow ourselves one hour before and one hour after your event. But if it looks like more time will be necessary, we’ll let you know!
Why do you need to know the number of guests attending?
The number is needed to ensure we bring enough alcohol, fresh juices, ice and all the good stuff that will stir up a fantastic event.
My event is in Orange County. Do you travel?
We have been known to travel for a fun time!
Will my dining room table work as a bar?
It might…..just not for what we do. But don’t worry! We’ll provide a custom-made bar that is specifically designed to provide you with the best cocktails and experience. And the best part is, it’s included in the cost of our service! No sneaky rental fee!
Do you use glassware?
We provide very tasteful plastic. Glassware is tricky because it requires access to a kitchen with a dishwasher. Plus, glass tends to break. It’s much easier to replace plastic.
We’re happy to use glassware at your event, of course. It just isn’t included in our packages. Contact us for details.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not included, but it is always appreciated!
